Not officially. However, if you look at the WW formula for determining how many points people get each day, your number of points is based upon you have a 1000 point deficit each day. (This falls apart a bit at lower weights as minimum points are 26 as WW won't set a number of points that would lead to eating less than 1000 calories a day).
From my looking at the interaction of my fitbit and my ActiveLink I find that the amount of activity I have to engage in to reach my baseline on my ActiveLink results in me having about a 1000 calorie deficit for the day if I am eating within my WW points. |
