I have been losing (and gaining) the same 10 pounds for a year and decided it was time to do something different to get that, and the rest of the weight off me. So yesterday I joined WW.
It's day 2 and so far I'm pretty excited. Hoping to find encouragement and offer whatever support I can along the way!
First of all, congrats on joining WW! I joined back in January as a New Years Resolution and haven't looked back! Did you choose online or meetings? I know I personally needed the interaction and encouragement with other like-minded people so I joined the meetings. I love the program and everyone at my meetings are amazing! I get so many helpful tips and tricks. My leader used to manage a restaurant, so she gives us lots of tips on eating out healthy Good luck!
Welcome! I was so excited when I first joined and I have found the excitement my second time around too. My biggest goal is to make lifetime so I never have to pay for WW again! Good luck!
tehshort1 - I chose meetings. Definitely need the outward accountability and motivation and think the meetings will be a big help! BTW - amazing job on your weight loss so far!!
mrs - I, too, hope to make lifetime. It'd be great to have the ongoing encouragement and support without having to spend all that $$$!
