Weight Loss ticker??

Hi there, I'm a total newbie to this site. Looks great! Need a bit of support for my long journey ahead :) Can anyone tell me how you all put those weight loss tickers up there? Would love to add one. Many thanks! :)

Hey Lorna, welcome to 3fc! You've got to be a member for 20 days before you get a ticker and can post links/pics, etc. It seems like an eternity but it kept me motivated my first 20 days here!
