Mobile app
 

I am having so much trouble with the mobile app that I am about to scream!!! I only ever use it to track my points and weight and I really use it all day long. It stopped working last night and is still not working. I uninstalled it and reinstalled and that helped for about an hour. The website keeps freezing up on me. I am totally frustrated because I am trying so hard and things keep getting in my way. It is like I am just not meant to do this!!! I want it so bad!! Is this happening to anyone else? Does anyone know how to fix it?

The app has been up and down for me yesterday and today. Sometimes it acts fine, sometimes it comes up with 0 daily/weekly points left but no food entered.

I'm just kind of winging it on paper until those moments when it works.

Same here, both for the app and the website. Haven't tried the mobile version of the website yet but I'm not counting on it working either. Very frustrating. I understand glitches here and they but it's been doing this for two days now. Grrrr......

Edited to add: I was just able to use the tracker on their mobile website using my tablet. It's my least favorite way of tracking though (besides paper) so I hope they get things fixed soon.

My mobile app AND the website are screwed up today. The app was working for me somewhat but the website completely dropped out. If I try to log in, it just takes me to their main page. UGH!!!

Just looked at the WW forum and one of the users there found out more on the WW facebook page (gee thanks WW, not everyone is on FB, an email would have been nice). Anyway, they suggested clearing cache if using a computer, and deleting/reinstalling app if using a phone. Apparently they are making some "exciting changes" to their website which is causing technical issues for some users.

I did delete and reinstall. Fixed it for maybe an hour.

I am having problems too, HOWEVER, overall, the app stinks and the scanner app is even worse, doesn't even scan WW products!

Oh well!

same problems here too. Hopefully they fix this soon bc its very frustrating!

I don't use the mobile app very often, but I had to delete cookies for the website to work again this afternoon. I didn't know how to do that, but Google Chrome taught me! So maybe for the website to work again for some you, try deleting cookies for the WW website.
