I try to stay within 5-6 servings of fruits AND veggies. I never count points for extra veggies, but usually allow 1 point for any extra fruit, 2 for a large banana. That'S just me though!
I eat a lot of fruit and veggies so usually count the first fruit serving as 0 and any additional as 1. I also have 5-6 servings of veggies a day.
I use this point system for the fruit because I have found that too eating much fruit in a day triggers cravings for other sweets so this helps keep my fruit consumption down and me on track.
Thanks guys! I think will count if more than 2 fruits, Veges I'm good with i think, you would have to eat sooooo many to gain weight because of that. Fruit on the other hand has the sugar issue
