Not discouraged by the slight gain. TOM came a few days early this month.

Made it to my 5% and then some!
2/25: 263.4
Had a baaaad weekend.
February Final: 259.8
Guess shoveling snow for an hour helped me make goal.
Total loss for month: 6.2 lbs
