New to 3fc

  • Hey all,

    I just discovered this helpful site today so i joined. To quickly introduce myself. My name is Amanda, from Georgia. I joined WW online on Jan. 5 and so far by tracking everything i ate and small amounts of exercise I have dropped from 220 to 202. This week I am trying to rack up more AP to reach my first mini goal of 200 by next weigh-in. Here I hope to gain and give a little encouragement on those difficult days ahead.

    I tried atkins before also. I got results I just thought it was to restrictive. I am enjoying WW.

    Yes. I totally agree. I have those days when I can be the biggest grouch. Lol I am happier overall though with my success. I guess we all just have those days.
  • Welcome! Its nice to see another newbie like myself here. I too started weight watchers in January of this year and already have lost 20lbs! Woot!!
