Need Help Calculating Daily Points Target

Hi Everyone!

I can't find my calculator and was wondering if someone could help me figure out my DPT? I was down to 29 but have gained 30lbs and am now at 196. I'm 5'5 and 32 =D

Are you looking for Points plus or the older version?

I know what you mean - I just went to my first meeting this AM and I am at 32. Maybe you are right on the "cusp"?

All the best to you

Hello,

I am new here. Joined weight watchers a little over a week ago with the monthly pass. I am going to the meetings in addition to using the etools. My first week was rough at first because I kept obsessing about food and points but ended with a 5.4 lb loss!!

I am wondering how the points plus targets are calculated..... Years ago there was a little chart in the welcome book that told the points but I was given my number (27 points) at my first meeting.

My husband and son won't go to meetings with me but I am thinking if I knew their target I could TRY to help them see what they SHOULD be eating as far as portion sizes of the things I cook. I am not looking to put them on the program although I would love it if they would join....... I really am looking to plant the seed of what WW would look like for them in hopes that they would be willing to try the online version. Tracking is easy with an iPhone.

Any help would be appreciated.

OMG, Kim! I'm glad you are back! Well, obviously not about the gain but you know what I mean!
