argh, bad day, just billed for deferred software maintenance, based on the fact that the vendor never billed us. grrr.

cereal,
coffee banana

lunch:
half sammy 4
pickle spear

luna bar 4
peanuts 3
water, water, water

dinner:
halibut tacos, artichokes, veggies

water: si,si
exercise: 40 min elliptical, dog putter
