I'm having a tough time with staying on point in the last couple of days. I'm the type that never dips into the weekly flex points. Today I took quite a few because I had a brownie and a butter tart. (Stupid left over baked goods)
I feel really guilty, but luckily I have the whole day to myself tomorrow with no obligations so I'm thinking I will go swimming in the morning since it's great cardio and I haven't been in a while and then later I can do yoga at home.
