Hi, all. I went to my profile to edit it, and I just get an error message.
Those of you who managed to change your profiles, what did you do? I clicked on "Profile," then on the "Edit Profile" tab. When I altered a couple of the fields (birthday, for example) and clicked the Submit button, I got this error message: "There is already a member with that email address, and the administrator has required that all users must have unique email addresses. If you already have a username and have forgotten your password, please click here." The email address that is in my profile is my own. I don't get this at all. Help! --Lauren |
That's the way you should do it. Your e-mail should be in there twice automatically and I wouldn't touch it if you aren't changing it. Then click SUBMIT MODIFICATIONS.
You are clicking the PROFILE at the top and not in your post right? |
Yup. And I'm not touching the email address, either.
I can change my options OK, just can't seem to change the profile. --Lauren |
Lauren - That does sound odd - you should email Suzanne and ask her. I am sure she will know. Her email is: [email protected] (in case you didn't know). She is good at troubleshooting stuff like that. Good luck!

LOL!!!
I thought when you wanted to change your profile, you wanted a slimmer, curvier look. I'm not making this up, either! |
