Worked out this am, and am totally starving for some reason. At the rate I'm going, I may be OP by LUNCH!!
Edit: Well, looks like I will indeed be over points for the day, but I'm gonna track 'em anyway. Bfast Eng muffin (2/2) Benecol Light (1/3) Power Bar (4/7) WW Bfast muffin (4/11) Snack Not!
