Well wchickies, I have been traveling the past 4 days and as a matter of fact in sitting at the airport now waiting for my flight. I will be so glad to get home and back to a normal routine
We are almost over with this challenge. I have 3 more lbs to loose till the next and final challenge. This will be my first time (if ever I do loose 3 lbs next week) to reach my goal for this challenge and this is my 3rd challenge since I joined. So goodluck to me But if I dont reach my goal its ok at least I know that with motivation, tracking and staying within my DP/WP will really help loose that pounds and reach the goal that I set.

I didn't post last week, but I'm still here. Down a pound, then up a pound. Still trying to balance my food intake with my exercise. Finally got around to organizing my refrigerator.
I know what you mean about the frig! I was gone for 4 days and left DH to fend for himself and what a mess when I returned..no veggies, no fruit, geez lol
