    I am hoping this week will go well last week was a whirlwind of travel and unexpected work. Friday I fly out to my daughters wedding so another challenge

    I only hope that the gain I expect next week will be minimal LOL
  • This past week was bad....TOM was here and the candy bowl would not stop screaming my name! I gained 2 pounds, but am hoping that the scale will go back down now that I'm back on schedule.

    I just experienced my first earthquake like 20 minutes ago!! There was a 4.6 magnitude earthquake outside of Portland, ME, but we felt it 90 minutes away in Massachusetts!!! I'm home alone and I really thought someone was trying to break into the house with the shaking. Things were falling out of my closet and everything.

    I know the people on the west coast probably think we're nuts getting so worked up about a "small" earthquake, but I think it's like if California randomly got a blizzard one day!! haha

    Well finally on my last WI I finally reached my 10% goal. So happy! It took me like forever to reach it hahaha. With all the bad eating habits and not tracking on some weeks/days. Now I set a new goal that by the end of the year 2012 I will loose 16 lbs (170). Another goal to look forward too.

    As usual my very bad habit kicked in once again. Because I reached my goal been celebrating couple of days. Been eating lots lots of carbs!! But I have been tracking and yes I already used up my WP. So now I am trying to just stay within my DP and go to the gym or do some physical stuff to get the AP. So I wont be suprised to see a gain on saturday. O well I will surely get back in track after all this celebration of mine hehehe

  • Hey, think I will join in on the chatter I am hoping to be down 20 pounds by Christmas, we will see! I have been sticking to the plan with everything except getting in my fluids. I don't know why that part is so challenging for me. I had a kidney stone attack about a month ago too so I really need to get that water into me. Second weigh in on Thursday, hoping for good results!
  • Chele615 I know earthquakes can be pretty scary ...it really is the most uncomfortable feeling....so you have every right to panic

    myfav congrats on hitting your goal and don't worry a bit of splurge is in order

    Jenny.....get a big glass with a lid and straw and carry it with you everywhere..before long you will be amazed at how much water you drink

    Well missed the gym today but for a good cause. My mom came by and we had a wonderful chat..she is way more important than an hour in the gym I can do that anytime!

  • Chele - I heard about your earthquake! We don't usually have them here in SW PA but we had one a year ago or so. I didn't feel good and I went in to lie down. I felt the bed shake, and I thought my husband had snuck in and was pushing on the bed! Then people started calling to see if we felt it. It was a very weird feeling, for sure. Is "snuck" a word? LOL Or should it be "sneaked?"
  • myfavisblue - I do the same type of celebrating! My weigh-in is early in the morning, and it seems that after that I go crazy with eating for the rest of the day. Then I have to make myself get back on program the next day.
