Okay, it's freezing out again. brrr and bah humbug
b: 1 sl lt tst .5 almond butter & jam 2 coffee/milk 1 L: ham sam 2 celery steamed zucchini orange 1 snack: robin eggs 2 flat bread 1 d: broccoli & green beans w/ melted cheese 6 snack: choc milk 2.5 cc meringue .5 bites of fro yo 1 total 19 exercise: kickboxing -2 WW weigh in - lost 1.8# yippee!! |
