I've had only 2 gains and 2 stayed-the-sames in that time. My goal was just to get under 200 lbs...now I'm at 168.6- I figured to be that weight I'd have to be dead in a ditch somewhere. *sorry*

I just want to say that by following the program, tracking daily, exercising, and occasionally indulging but not overeating like I did most of my life really does work! I never thought that I could truly lose the weight but now I've set my goal at 145 and though I seem to be slowing, I know I'll get there.
Thanks to WW and the peeps in my meeting- that support and the stories, tips, advice and laughter each week are a big reason for it working for me.
Monday was the Celebration of Success and I was one of the honorees, got to meet Florine and see so many peeps who'd lost so much weight! Very inspiring and motivating!
