Happy Tax Day...
b: 2 sl lt brd 1 w/ melted cheese 3 coffee/milk 1 3 almonds .5 L: tuna sand 3 celery carrots spinach d: spaghetti 4 w/sauce 4 asparagus salad w/lt .5 snack: choc milk 2.5 choc chip meringue .5 bite o fro yo 1 total 21 exercise: another lovely walk in the lovely outofdoors and a little veg garden turning. oh my achin' back |

i'll be happy when those fat returns are in the bank! breakfast: some dry cereal 2 orange 1 lunch: left over pad thai 6 part of a hot cross bun 2 carrots dinner: something with frozen shrimp, pasta and artichoke hearts and lemon rind salad snack: no idea water: si,si exercise: gym- 35 minutes on elliptical, 35 min dog walk, lawn mowing and bamboo digging |
Urghhh...I had to pay....gasp gasp. does that mean I get to lose weight this week since my bank account is bone thin???? (plus I've been so damn good with the points, but that's another topic).
