Hello,
I was just wondering can do you ww w/o joining the website? Like if I buy the food that is ww at grocery store? As well as incorporate ww food that they have at applebees? I work there.

You can follow the program without joining the website or joining meetings.

You can order an At Home Kit, or sometimes there are used kits on eBay.

WW isn't just the food that's packaged in the store or at Applebee's, but those foods can definitely be incorporated into your daily plans.

WW is any food. So you can make it work for you in a variety of situations.
