the scale is ugly. I'm not even going to weigh in until it behaves. breakfast: quaker corn bran 3 coffee 1 small piece of bread w/butter 3/7 lunch: strawberries 1 carrots and hummous 2 some pasta puttanesca 5/15 dinner: zone bar 5/20 memorial service: chicken w/veggies 3/23 salad 2/25 blts 3/28 exercise: 45 min elliptical, leg weights water: si,si vitamin: yup |
