Never had that experience but wonder , how does she know how you will look at that weight ? 140 pounds seems appropriate for someone of your height. Congratulations on losing 71 pounds !

I agree. 140lbs is more than normal for your height. It's your weight loss journey, not hers. Go for the weight that you can maintain!
