My last week went fairly well. Took some nice, relaxing walks. I also had several big salads full of vegetables. Those are always wonderful. Killing many birds with one stone. Veggies...filling...light on points long as I don't smother them with dressings, which I don't like to do in the first place. I do need to go out shopping, so that I don't end up with only peanut butter and jelly in my cupboards :lol: Good luck on this week, everyone :D Make the most of it! |
Well not a good week for me or I should say Fri, Sat (that was better) and Sunday....I have changed my wi day to tues just because of my weekend indulgences so I will post weight tomorrow.
I am pretty sure it is a gain as I feel all bloated from eating dinner out two out of three nights (pizza at that) but I tracked it all and yep I went over |
