Well chickies I am down this week from last weeks gain but overall only down .4 for the past 4 weeks. I guess I should be happy ? Anyway I know from my past that breaking this darn 150 mark may take me months and months (lets see hmmm it has been months and months)

Anyway I am will take this little loss considering I have not been able to go to the gym for two weeks now. I hope to start back today we will see what the dr says this afternoon

Nancy...just keep on keeping on you will get there

This past week was good for me...the weekend not so much. I tend to gain a lb or two over the weekend (I'm sure water due to too much salt and not enough water) so my goal this week is to push the fluids (even on sat and Sunday) keep logging every bite of food And increase veg consumption I would like to have a 2 lb loss by wi on Friday.

Thanks for the encouragement!

Sounds like you have a plan! I too tend to gain a bit on weekends by not pushing the water and eating my veggies. It is also the time I tend to chow down on my weeklies.

Strange though I have not been able to go to the gym since I sprained my hand and wrist and I am surprised that I have not had a gain....makes me wonder about my eating for the past 9 months...working out hard an hour 5-6 days a week and only see .2 or .4 loss....then almost 2 weeks no exercise same eating and loss of .2? go figure
