Weigh in day for me
So today is my official weigh in day and after two weeks at 117.4 I was 114.4 yay!!!!
I'm hoping that I have gotten past gaining muscle faster than I'm loosing fat. Food has been pretty good for me this week I have even has a couple extra points left over here and there. Mostly I have eaten all my daily points and laid off eating my wp and ap. My goal for this week is to keep logging everything I put in my mouth and be as active as possible. I am setting a goal to loose 25 lbs by August when school starts back that's about two lbs per week. I think it's a reasonable goal. Funny thing happened the other night hubby apparently came to the realization this weight loss journey is real and asked me how much I was intending on loosing so I told him, he got a worried look and said he better get back to the gym if I'm loosing he better. Yay. He isn't in for food logging but he eats what I cook so at least that's something |
Wait, I'm confused, what was your starting weight for losing the 25 because you wrote that you're 114 and that would put you at 89 pounds? I'm thinking you meant to type 214, or at least I hope bc it's in your ticker and if you weighed 89 pounds at 5'7" I'm guessing it would kill you.
My boyfriend has been losing weight with me as well, he's gone from 185 to 170 again just with eating what I've been cooking. Yay! Also, good for you on the weight loss. |

And I think that's a very reasonable goal for August. I would love to lose that much as well by then! |
