SV and NSV :)
 

I post infrequently, but lurk often. WW has worked for me so far. I started at size 22/20. This weekend, my NSV was getting myself comfortably in a size 12 shorts. I have to tell you that in my adult life (I am over 40), I do not remember ever being a size 12. I may have been, but I do not remember it. This, to me, was unbelievelable.

In addition, despite being pretty far into my weightloss journey, I had a big loss this week resulting in a total of 59 lbs lost and just over 25% of my original body weight.

Like I said, I do not post often, but I do lurk and this forum has helped me to find new foods, new rewards, and new ideas. Thank you for helping me toward my goals.

Even though I am probably 30+lbs away (not sure of my final goal), I feel so close to the end. It does not seem unreaonable now. Thank you for that.

Congratulations!!! I can't wait to be back into a size 12 right now I'm a 16. I can wait if it means I can finally keep the weight off!! It's so cool to hear stories of ww working for everyone. It really helps me to trust the program and stick with it!!!
