Fruit is zero points, but that is not the same as unlimited: WW recommends 5 servings of fruits and veggies a day and that is 5 servings combined. A serving is 1/2 cup of fruit or veggie, except for the green leafy veggies where a serving is one cup. Also, not all veggies are 0 points. Starchy stuff like potatoes and corn have points.
The zero point thing is to make sure we eat fruits and veggies. On old plans -- and I was guilty of this -- if I had to chose to spend my points on an apple or, say, some cookies, I'd go with the cookies. Zero point fruit means I don't have to make that choice and the more fruit and other healthy food I eat, the less I want the cookies. But make sure you aren't eating so much fruit that you aren't getting all of your daily points in and don't forget the Good Health Guidelines (GHG)
Me, I actually eat about 5 servings of fruit a day with additional servings of veggies on top of that, so some people are able to eat more than the recommended amount, but only by a few servings. 10 servings of fruit every day seems like quite a lot but, as someone else pointed out, it could just be water weight. If, however, you continue to not lose weight I would definitely cut back on the fruit.
