Planning or lack of

I have found out about myself that if I do not plan my food for the day, that I will eat willy nilly. I am in my points for the day, but I do not believe that all points are created equal. You know 6 points of cookies is not as good as 6 points of say Salmon....Oh I did not eat cookies just an example....lol. Anyone else fine that they have to plan ahead? Better day for planning tomorrow....my DIL is here to pick up her children, my Grandbabies, and bring her MIL a Steeped Tea from Tim Hortons. What cheap daycare, lol.

I am not on WW , I am a calorie co****er but I find that I must plan ahead.Tonight I will plan my meals for tomorrow, that will take me about 5 minutes.

I have to plan and I plan as far in advance as I can. This is easiest with week day meals. I eat at work and I work long hours, so when I get home at night I don't want to have to take awhile to put my lunch in my lunch bag. So I plan stuff I can make on the weekends and already portion out so that when I get home at night I can just reach into the fridge and grab whatever and throw it in my lunch bag and I'm all set!

I tend to make much healthier choices when I plan ahead. When Im in the moment and just plain hungry I'll eat whatever's there. I'm still usually within my points, but the quality of the food I eat is not nearly as healthy.

I don't plan ahead anymore... It comes with time.

During the week I plan my breakfast and lunch, dinner is usually some protein and steamed veggies. Now weekends it is a bit tougher.

for breakfast I usually have raw veggies (celery, cucumber etc.) Lunch will be soup I made over the weekend, then like I said dinner is some chicken, seafood or sometimes pasta/rice dish depends on the points

I don't "plan" per say, but I have on hand lots of 100-150 calorie snacks, and I try to make dinners from WW cookbooks, and keep them under a certain point level, so it all works out usually. I only really plan if I know I'm eating out somewhere else (restaurant, someone else's home)

I plan for grocery shopping purposes, but I generally know what I'm going to eat the next day the night before. Like dinner leftovers is usually lunch the next day.

Are you using a WW phone app? For me that helps a bunch when I haven't planned and I track what I'm eating immediately.

I am fairly new, but I plan ahead for dinner only right now:). With breakfast, if I haven't planned something specific, I just have egg on toast. If I don't have something for lunch, I work next to a Subway, so I don't mind using 7 points on a sandwich:carrot:.

I like to plan now because I am trying a lot of new recipes, and I want to make sure I have the ingredients to make them, so I guess I'm sorta forced to:D.
