breakfast: strawberries 1 yoghurt 1 a small piece of soda bread 3 coffee 1/6 snack: power bar thingie 5/11 lunch: chicken teriyaki 2+4/17 speculoos cookies 2/19 dinner: hmm, what to have in so few points veggie pad thai 6/25 more veggies/cabbage after dinner: americano while dearest one enjoys a nice hot fudge sundae exercise: 45 min elliptical dog putter |
