I love that Biscoff spread!!! I will take a spoonful and dunk animal crackers in it or spread it on a rice cake. Those Biscoff cookies are the best part of the Delta flights ;)

had a good dinner of quinoa and a 4 oz grilled chicken breast. am amazed at how filling the quinoa was / is. I kind of wanted to ride my bike this evening but i'm so stuffed off one serving of the quinoa that I feel like a slug. I'm taking a serving of it to work tomorrow to see if it will help me stave off the afternoon munchies. whew!

One of my coworkers was going around passing out milk chocolate bunny pops (bunny heads on a stick), and I was trying to decide how to figure out the points and the weight is right on the packaging, haha. He's only 4 points, so totally doable as a special dessert this weekend!

Wow I have not had quinoa in a long time I think I may need to put that on my menu planning over the weekend.
Yum bunny heads at 4ppt I am glad I am in a small office and am not tempted by such stuff no if only my DH will not bring any home this Sunday should be a breeze. We are going to go to the restaurant we found last Sunday with the wine bar I have been saving my points the bad news is my weigh in is on Monday morning |

well i have had a hard time staying within my points today, don't know what has come over me (my son came home from school with 36 cupcakes he won at a cake raffle) . Tomorrow i weigh in i hope today doesn't effect it :(

Soooo busy at work .... no time for tracking, but making decent choice, running around like a mad woman, and sweating buckets. Hopefully the increased activity will help counteract any overpoint issues I have.

Well chickies it looks like today will be a great day. The sun is out (yeah) and I have a date with the gym tonight LOL. I have been changing up my foods the last few days which is good for me I tend to eat the same things over and over and my scale was not moving. Since I shook things up a bit according to my home scale it is heading down again and I am so excited. I hope it lasts until Mondays weigh in

Well weigh in went well down 2lbs, the sun is shining have the whole day with the family, i think its going to be a good day. Maybe we get the bikes out today!

ahh potluck's. My co-workers and I do them sometimes, but they all know i am on WW, so i told them not to be offended if i cant eat what they have brought. Someone always brings tons of veggies and fruit, so i load up on that stuff and try to be easy on the dips. I will often just have a small spoon of everything that is there. I usually do alright on the weigh in's on those weeks. I do stay away from the sweets though, if i dont i will start to crave them. Best for me to stay away from trigger foods.

The big event that I have been slaving over at work was over yesterday - it was a great success! I still have the Children's Easter event tomorrow, but that is much more managable :)
Back to tracking today an dplanning out food choices. A bit worried about WI this week between not tracking and Easter dinner, Monday should be interesting. |

Well got on the scale as I normally do each morning and the loss I experienced yesterday is not a loss today..drats but I know the gain could be anything since I stayed within my pts yesterday and worked out so today I am going to just get out have some fun with a rare day of sunshine :D |

Weigh in this morning went well...down 1.4 pounds and only .6 away from 40 pounds total lost!!! I am so excited :) Hopefully I can make the best decisions tomorrow and not blow it! hehe |
Today we went out to dinner, Texas Roadhouse. I sort of guessed on what to eat so I ordered grilled chicken, side salad and sweet potato. I hate that I feel guilty about eating that. LOL
Weigh in is tomorrow and I dunno how it will go, it was looking good earlier this week but after today's eating out who knows. Oh and I found some weight watchers candies at the store, chocolate mints. 1 pt+ each, they are going to be perfect for TOM when I have a crave! |
So I am down 1.5 for this week! YAY!
I did some good strength training workouts this week 60 minutes total for the week, ate protein at every meal and drank tons of water and it paid off. It's what I was experimenting with to see if I could get more than a .5 lbs loss for the week. |
