Thanks! Low-point snacks is the key! I like to snack on SF jello (0), boca burgers (1), FF hot dogs (1), veggie soup (0), and SF drinks (0). But, I try to watch the number of servings of artificial sweetener, so the Boca burgers and FF hot dogs are real lifesavers!

oy, what a way to start the day...
spend three hours watching yourself on a video teleconference.... hellloooooo points! helloooo elliptical! hello water!!!!!!!! hellooooo self control!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! yikes. I feel like one of those women on the jenny craig ads before they make the big move. breakfast: zone bar 5 coffee water lunch: pizza home made - v. little cheese lots of veg 8 salad w/red wine vinegar snack: latte apple 1 dinner: no idea exercise: 30 min bike ride water: yup later... lala |
