April Goals
 
Goals

Weight: I would like to lose 5lbs

CW: 193.8
End of Week 1: 192.9 (-.9)
End of Week 2: 189.8 (-3.1)
End of Week 3: 192.7 (+2.9) It's okay, I know why.
End of Week 4: 186.3 (-6.4)

Final: 186.3

Pounds til lifetime: 23.3

Exercise: Zumba once a week, and maybe start Couch to 5k. If not this month definitely in May.

Other: I would like to stay on plan the whole month of April.

Exercise: continue training for half marathon (20 mpw) and yoga 4x per week

thanks... it's a lofty goal considering how slow-going it's been for the past 6 months or so for me! But I feel like I'm on a roll now :carrot:

Ride my bike at least 3 times a week (weather permitting)

April Goals

Weight: I would like to lose 6 lbs this month.

CW: 210.2

End of Week 1:207.8 (-2.8)
End of Week 2:205.2 (-2.6) this puts me at my 10% goal! Wooohooo!
End of Week 3:201.8 (-3.4)
End of Week 4:201.4 (-.4)

Final:-9.2lbs. Not a single day of exercise this month. I've have bronchitis for ages. In thankful I've lost. Hopefully back to the gym soon.

Exercise: Treadmill, exercise bike, strength training, swimming.

Other: my husband renewed my membership for my birthday! Yay! I get to get back to the meetings! Can't wait!

My April goal is like my March goal, to reach goal, as of this morning's unofficial weigh in I'm 3.9 lbs away. We will see what tomorrow's official weigh in says.

Exercise: Kick boxing, 30 day shred level 2&3, strength training and walking.

Other:
I want to exercise at least 5 out of the 7 days in a week and work on not having any food after 10pm because that has been a problem for me.

I would like to join in and set April goals.

My goals are:

1. Stay OP for 30 days
2. Attend a WW meeting at least once a week
3. Exercise at least 4 days a week for at least 30 mins
4. Track daily (eTools or manually)
5. Get at least the minimum water servings daily

Starting Weight on 4/1 = 224.8

If I follow all of the above for the entire month, I should have a good weight loss for April :)
