Hi, all. Looks like we might get a sunny day in Texas today. Yeah!
Bfast coffee* 3 egg whites, scrambled 1/1 snack cream of wheat* 2/3 1 C. skim milk 2/5 lunch 2 fat free hotdogs 2/7 red pepper/cucumber salad 0 chocolate ff pudding 2/9 snacks hot herbal tea latte* 2/11 dinner 6 oz. orange roughy 4/15 rice pilaf 2/17 orange 1/18 salad 1/19 4 oz. wine 2/21 Water: 64 oz planned vitamin: yes exercise: 50 minute walk aspartame* limit: 3 servings |
Hi everyone. I was away in India for a couple of weeks, and then on the couch recovering from jetlag/flu for another week. In the meantime, the eating habits have deteriorated severely. Let's try to get back on the WWWagon.
b: cheerios/raisins/almonds/milk 6 coffee l: salad w/croutons and reg dsg 3 turkey sand 2 carrots orange 1 d: had to have chinese takeout - too exhausted to cook! chick fried rice 7 tofu & veg 3 chicken curry 5 1/2 little schoolboy 2 total: 29 (believe it or not, pretty good for me considering what i've been eating in the last month or so) exercise: not quite up to it yet P.S. Lala - I saw our mutual acquaintance, Sarah and she asked about you! |
