What does your tracker say for March 17-March 31
 
Simple idea, just post what you've eaten that day!

Introduce yourself for the first visit then TRACK away! Then feel free to add your tracker when it's convenient for you.

Any and all Weight Watchers should feel free to join this thread! Whether you're on Points Plus and 30 or Momentum and 50, it doesn't matter! Doesn't matter if you have eTools, if you attend meetings, if you follow at home, whatever--if it's Weight Watchers, you're welcome! But, please be currently following some sort of past or present Weight Watchers plan.

Going to start tracking with supper being my first meal of the day. Hopefully this will help with my weight loss this coming week.

Supper (March 16th): burger king jr whopper (9PP) small onion rings (8PP) small coke (3PP)

snack: small theater popcorn with butter - feels like it was thousands of calories (17PP)

Total so far: 37

Breakfast: banana and greek yogurt (2PP)

Breakfast: 2/3 cup Great Grains cereal, 1/2 cup 1% milk, 1 cup Tropicana 50, banana

Lunch: 2 sl whole wheat bread, 1 tbl butter/canola oil spread, 2 oz chicken (looked like more, but it was 1/4 of the package, and there were 8 oz in the package!), iced tea

mid-afternoon snack: Atkins bar (have about 12 in the house and will finish them)

Dinner: WW fresh meals: meatloaf and mashed potatoes, 1 cup steamed spinach, Skinny Cow ice cream cone

Snack: Activia

Breakfast, Lunch and snacks are pretty much the same as the previous day totaling (14 points). I get in a routine for work and don't deviate much.

Dinner is TBD. I'll edit when I know! :dizzy:

ETA: Dinner was roasted red potatoes (splurge at 6pp), broccoli n cheese (3pp), grilled chicken (4pp)
Dessert: Either WW dark chocolate ice cream bar (2pp) or a chocolate banana smootie with Arctic Zero ice cream, banana and almond milk.
