This is about my tenth time joining weight watchers, but I am hoping to stick to it this time. I was told yesterday some of my back problems would be resolved if I could lose some weight. I only have about 30-40 pounds to lose!! I was wondering what some quick and easy breakfast ideas are that will keep me full. I have a very hectic schedule in the morning so the easier the better!!:dizzy:

I have rough mornings as well trying to get two kids, a husband and myself out the door and my kids have to go to different places all by 7:30. Whew!
I love crock pot steel cut oats with some cinnamon, tad brown sugar or sugar substitute if you prefer, and apples. I believe there are recipes on WW site or all over the web. Fritattas and quiches can be made in advanced and reheated. Losing just a bit can help so much. Even 10 pounds ago I could really feel it in my ankles. They just hurt all the time, even when going downstairs. After 10 pounds, I've lost that achiness. Good luck on your weight loss! :) |
I can personally tell you that the weight VERY MUCH affects your back pain and you should see a big difference.
My two bottom lumbar have been fused since birth and it causes me excruciating pain. However, I have found that losing 43 pounds has done WONDERS. I am not taking nearly as many pain killers and sleep aids as I used to have to. I hope at goal weight all the back pain will be gone! As for breakfasts, I usually eat oatmeal with brown sugar, two pieces of toast and a banana or I'll have some cream of wheat and a piece of fruit. |
