Time of the month!

    do yall weigh in during your time of the month? Just curious!
  • Yep! I weigh in every week. It is an easy way to keep track of my body's natural fluctuations due to TOM. That way I know if I had a true gain, or a TOM water weight gain.
  • Yup! Like Keli it's helpful to notice patterns. I actually lose during TOM but I tend to gain in the middle of my cycle.
  • Yes - not sure why you wouldn't.
  • I always lose usually on the TOM week. And usually its a bigger loss... once it was 6.5lbs in one week!!! (i just about died when i saw the scale!).
  • I weigh every day. I often lose during or immediatly after my TOM.
  • Yep. I weigh in once a week. Haven't noticed any fluctuations during those weeks.
