WHOOPSIE! Oil.
SOOOOO I was making chicken tikka masala tonight and the recipe called for oil. So I broke out the Smart Balance that I had in the cabinet because it was the only thing I had (could have used I can't believe it's not butter if I had bothered to look at the label). Not sure why I didn't check it before hand. I'm REALLY good with tracking and I guess I assumed, which you should never do with food. UGH.
Little did I realize that it was 15 GRAMS of FAT PER TABLESPOON! (Wasn't that bad when I actually tracked it, only 4 pts per tablespoon, but I could have done MUCH better with the I can't believe it's not butter) I have a feeling I'm going to end up gaining this week. Anyone else done this with any other foods? |
I hate that!! When I first started WW, I tracked bagels at about half or less of the actual points.

Thank goodness I'm still good for the week. Maybe I won't gain.
I've eaten like crap all week, but I haven't been over or not tracked. I'm still being good while eating girl scout cookies and fatty oil. hahaha |
