Default what does a 3 week diet hiatus do? A weight gain of 4 lbs
OK so I wasn't losing and then got busy with my life and well..
I gained back 4 pounds.
I doesn't seem like alot.. However I have been at the same weight for months now..
Well now the weight amount has changed from 229 to 233.

This weight loss thing is hard. Very hard.
