Maintenance points?
Anyone know the point ranges for after you've reached goal? If my goal weight is 140 to 150 how many points are allowed to maintain that weight?
Thanks for your help, :D  :smug: |
You are not *allowed* a certain number of points when you hit goal. You have to find the balance yourself. It varies for everyone.
My goal weight is 124 and my maintenance range is 26-31. But that's me. Many people will gain if they use that range. Michelle |
There is a whole booklet to help you find your range for maintenance. Do you have it? I will try to remember to bring it to my computer next time baby is happy! :) Are you at goal?

Maintenance info as requested:
Step 1 On the first week after reaching goal.you should add 4 points to the low and high ends of your daily total. Step2 Each succeeding wk,adjust your points depending on your weight.(i think they suggest adding 2 more) Step 3 If your weight hasnt varied more than one pound (up or down) for 3 consecutive weeks, you have FOUND your MAINTENANCE points! Weight Watchers puts your through 6 weeks of maintenance.at the end of the 6 weeks as long as you are within 2 pounds of your goal you have earned LIFETIME status! This is the correct procedure....hope the info helps! Cin |
