    turkey jerkey? 3/8

    lunch:
    half of a turkey sammy 4/12
    bbc half 4/16

    dinner:
    some veggies, no idea

    water: not enough
    tea: too much
    exercise: 35 min elliptical, dog putter

    need more veggies today, can't figure out why its not happening
