I'm rejoining WW Wed!
 

Hey there chickies,

I have decided to rejoin WW! I am going to the local meeting in my town this Wed. I am really excited and motivated to do this! I have about 100 lbs to lose but I have lost about 31 on my own and know I can do this...

I have done WW before, reached my 10% goal once and I like their program. I know I can do this! I guess my concerns are that I will fall back into the pitfalls of boredom which leads me to giving up because of my lack of stick-to-it-veness. I have found a few online communities though (including this one) which will really help. I know, it's just one day at a time sometimes one moment at a time...

I feel really motivated to do this. I don't want to spend any more time being unhealthy because of my weight or being in plus size clothes!

Let's continue to support each other cause we are worth it and can do this!
