How many AP's for stepping? Wii Step
 

I haven't turned on my Wii in a really long time, but when I'm watching tv most nights I use the Wii fit board and do the steps...I usually do an hour....10 min each in each direction (right foot first from the back, left foot first from the back, each side step, and the front to back with right, and then left) an hour total....sometimes more....I counted the one night how many steps I did per minute, which was average of 100 per minute.....so 6000ish for the hour....

Does anyone use their Wii and know how many points/calories that would equal out too?

Any help would be greatly appreciated~

You need to calculate the intensity and duration in relation to your weight.

I think it would be most comparable to walking. (I'm just getting back on WW after having a baby so I don't remember if you can look up walking.) Thanks for the reminder, I need to start doing that again. I bought a rser to make the stepping more intense, it really helps!
