You need to go back. This has happened to lots of us. And it's our journey to take how we want.
Your leader will only be happy to see you again and to help you. No one is going to judge you because we've all been there. I lost 5lbs this year and gained 7 on a three day vacation. the 7 is coming off much faster than the 5 did. Don't give up. :hug: |
