It's like a double acheivement... Running the 5k and furthermore, doing it outside and not on the threadmill! And in 45 minutes, that's a super good start!

I went out last night with friends for a pre-birthday dinner (a lot of friends were coming from Montreal) and we did not ate that bad (went in a tropical kind of cafe, food was overall realy healthy) but well, there was wine. and drinks.
