Welcome to using WW Online! :D

If you have a smartphone, I'd immediately suggest getting the WW Online application so that you can track your food or make notes no matter where you are.

Other than that, be patient the first couple of weeks when entering food, as it took me a little while to be able to enter a meal without having to type out a new food that wasn't in the system.

If you're interested, there are various community groups and challenges. Some of them can be very fun!
