I bought this dress today for a wedding my husband and I are going to tomorrow. Normally I would never have worn something so form fitting when I was heavier but now I kinda dig how I look in things that are a little snug =D

Thankyou!!! Man I was really worried about my arms when I first began my journey, they were so big and I never imagined them being as toned as they are. My job helps a lot too when it comes to my arms, I'm am EMT so I'm constantly lifting patients.

I went to Burlington Coat Factory! Usually I don't shop there for dresses but it was a last minute thing and I needed a dress quick.

You look amazing! I know someone else asked this, but what type of strength training exercises did you do for your arms to get so toned? The one thing that I work so hard to change are my arms, and although I know that sensible diet/exercise combo is what will help in the long run, is there any advice or maybe exercises you can suggest to get some nice toned arms? Thanks! :)
