What's a crispy mini?

I think they're little rice cake snack things.

For a new snack for me lately, I love to make Crystal light - whatever flavor I'm feeling for the day - and pour it into the popsicle thingies (i bought mine at a nearby dollar store) ... and they're great for the warm summer days... and no points !! :D

I also just bought Snackwells Fudge Drizzled Caramel Popcorn. They come in 130 calorie packs (chocolate or white fudge drizzle) and are 3pp per bag. Delicious! If you go on their website you can print out a coupon for them as well as some little brownie bar things (which I calculated are 4pp) but I haven't tried those. 3pp is my limit for snacks!

I just got a package of the Special K fruit crisp thins, they are so good! I got strawberry and will be trying blueberry soon.

Any other new snack finds?

My favorite salty snack is Chee Cha Salt and Vinegar Potato Puffs (gluten free)....yum.

When you make the chrystal light do you do it just like you would if you were going to drink it or do you use less water? Thanks great idea
