Question- when someone says 10pp per serving how much is a serving!? Is that a stupid question haha!
I was looking at the Skillet Lasagna and it says 10pp per serving...I have no idea how much is considered a serving though!

Generally the recipe will tell you. For example, the skillet lasagna recipe here:

That says it makes 6 servings at 10pp each. So a serving is 1/6 of the pan. If you ate 1/4 of the pan, you'd be having 1.5 servings, and it would be 15pp, etc.

I take my pan and weigh it before I put anything in it. Then I weigh it with the finished meal in it and subtract the weight of the pan. Then I know if it comes out to 48 oz, 1 serving is 8 oz. I then measure out 8 oz for my plate. But, a lot of people say that is taking it to the extreme and splitting your pan into 6 (or 8, however many servings you have) would be sufficient.

I also weigh my foods as well. I have a running list of things I commonly make that has the amount of points per ounce written down so I don't have to weight it over and over. ie: Pork Chili .5 pt per ounce, Goolaush 2pts per 3oz (keep in mind I use the momentum points still)
It helps to have a running list of commonly prepared foods, just have to consider that if you make changes at all the nutritionals change (for example, when I used the barilla plus pasta, my goolaush goes down to .5 pt per ounce)
