How many APs do you earn in a week (on average?)

  • Since I got my WW pedometer, I've been keeping track of how many APs I earn in a week. I've been averaging 20 per week and I was just wondering how that compares to others here. I'm trying to work my way up...

For the record, I don't belong to a gym (too expensive around here); my only exercise is walking. Mind you, I don't just go for a leisurely stroll; I walk at a pace of about 3.5 miles an hour, so it's VERY brisk.

    So....how many do YOU earn?
  • I average between 35 and 40 AP a week. This week I was crazy and earned 58!! I never use them, but I love to see the number!

Holy ****, I can't imagine earning that many. *L* But hopefully at some point, I'll have worked my way up to that number!
  • I do between 20 and 30.... Typically I try to hit 4-5 hours at the gym
  • I'm a lowbie with 14.
    2 points a day.
And gosh darned proud of myself! I was so sedentary before...

However, I only count my time on the treadmill. I do not count any other activity for AP, even though I do more than just treadmill. The only accurate count I really have is for my treadmill, because my other activity is done in short intervals, and I hate overestimating activity. I'd rather underestimate and do more than to overestimate and do less.
  • Lately the big goose egg, 0, zero but planning on starting the 30 day shred tonight! I used to spin for an hour 4x's a week, i can only imagine how many pts that is!!! Great job ladies!
  • None. I haven't been able to exercise for the last couple of months due to ongoing health issues. I have a pretty active job but I don't count that. I was earning between 40-50 a week when I was taking zumba and spinning. I'm hoping to get back to it eventually.
  • My average is 25. I don't count anything like yard work, house work, gardening, or walking on errands. I only count the minutes I spend dedicated to working out.
