I'm not sure what 'wholemeal pasta' is. Is that like wholewheat pasta?

It depends on the brand, but through searching the database I've found that they end up being about the same amount of points. (About 5 points for 2 oz) It's just that wholewheat pasta is slightly preferred on the program, because it's wholewheat.

I would definately go by the nutrition label on the box! I know it has more points but it's definately filling if you add veggies to it =D

In my cupboard I have:
Ronzoni Smart Taste pasta, it comes out to 5 PP for 2 oz.
Ronzoni Healthy Harvest (Whole Grain pasta) comes out to 5 PP for 2 oz.
Ronzoni Garden Delight comes out to 5 PP for 2 oz.
Ronzoni plain jane comes out to 5 PP for 2 oz.

I feel more satisfied when I eat any of the top 3, I also feel better about my choice. I'm trying to phase out the bottom option completely from our diet, store brand or this particular brand. I'm partial to the Smart Taste, but I think it's because 1.) It cooks up quick and 2.) It's in a purple box (my favorite color!). LOL
