must control after 8 eating. breakfast: allbran 1/1 yoghurt 2/3 herbal tea coffee lunch: probably left over lasagne 7/10 carrots snack: just 2 pts 2/12 dinner: hmmmmm egg scrambler with veggies? clean out the fridge night chez lala snack: dry kelloggs special K w/berries 2/ banana 2/ exercise: yup, 45 min elliptical and maybe go back for more tonight water- yup vitamin: yup |

I'm really having a hard time with pre-dinner and post dinner - I get a treat eating.
It doesn't help that Dearest one has opened what has got to be the best ballotin of chocs I have ever seen in my life from debauve and gallais. darn her. One choc is all i need. lala |
I have to watch my late night eating too.
