Totally unexpected NSV!
 

After almost five months (and over a month "stuck" at 25 pounds), I finally managed to make it to the 30-pound mark. I've been feeling like my progress has stalled to a certain extent, and even though I know that losing slowly may be better for me in terms of keeping it off, it's still a little discouraging.

Then I went shopping for capris today, and discovered that since the last time I bought pants (a little over a month ago) I have dropped another size, from 14 down to 12. I also got professionally fitted for a bra today, and found out that I've gone from a 42DD to a 38D.

Well, pardon me, but :carrot:

So I've decided that, instead of thinking "It's taken me five whole months to lose 30 pounds!" I'm going to think "It's only taken me five months to drop 3 pants sizes, 2 shirt sizes, 4 inches off my chest, and a full cup size!"

YES YES YES! Excellent news! Sometimes the scale "lies". Our progress isn't just about pounds, it's about inches and clothing size and general healthiness. :D Way to go!
